葡萄酒的品尝

外观:酒的颜色为石榴红。
气味:香味独特,仔细品味,您会发现它包含有各色香味,有的类似烟熏,有的类似上等皮革。
口感:葡萄酒生产出来的最初几年,口感浓郁,正宗,但是随着时 间口感会稍有改变。葡萄酒含有的大量丹宁酸使得葡萄酒保存期限 长久。这是卡斯蒂廖内法莱托葡萄酒最大的特点

 

我们建议您在18-20°C的温度条件下下品尝持久。

 

帕鲁斯是我们公司在萨拿龙卡地区之外生产出的第一个巴洛洛葡萄酒品种,它是在另一个地方生产出来的,这地方就是卡斯蒂廖内法莱托,这地方同样具有优秀的土地条件。
它借鉴了萨拿龙卡传统的葡萄酒酿制和精炼法,但两地利比奥奴葡萄具有各具特色,即使差异很小,这是由于两地气候和土地条件差异造成的。

如果配上几盘皮埃蒙特地区的风味菜比如炖肉或者奶酪,你能更好的体味到这种葡萄酒的风味。

葡萄园
  • 由卡斯蒂廖内法莱托(Castiglione Falletto)的帕鲁 斯(Parussi)葡萄庄园(第2页第342、108、268地块)的利比奥奴(Nebbiolo)葡萄酿制而成。
  • 海拔:300mslm

  • 特别提示:葡萄园东南方向和西南方向,座落于帕鲁斯地区的一个小山丘顶,这有利的地理条件保证了我们所生产的葡萄具有极高的品质。土质为石灰质,这富于我们的葡萄酒独特的风味并带有强烈的丹宁酸味。
