葡萄酒的品尝

外观:酒的颜色为石榴红,但是根据年份不同会存在差异。
气味:葡萄来自Serralunga的不同地区,正是因为这个原因,使得我们生产的葡萄酒香味不一,有的具有迷人的香料般的气味,有的气味十分香甜,多花,多果。
口感:口感多样,我们的葡萄酒口感浓郁,正宗,并且不会随着陈酿而改变口感。这体现了我们土地具有的卓越的品质特点。

 

我们建议您在18-20°C的温度条件下下品尝持久。

 

如果配上一盘烤肉,尤其是烤野猪,您将会更好的体会到此酒的风味。或者是配上淋有肉汁的蛋面、配有奶酪的焖饭。

葡萄园
  • 由卡斯蒂廖内法莱托 (Castiglione Falletto) 的萨拿龙卡达尔巴 (Serralunga d’Alba) 地区产的利比奥奴 (Nebbiolo) 葡萄酿制而成。
  • 海拔:320-360mslm
  • 总面积:9公顷
  • 土地类型:大致来讲为石灰岩地但存在地区差异。
  • 种植方法和种植密度:传统的Guyot种植法:每公顷约有5000-6000组葡萄树
  • 每公顷产值:6000公斤
  • 葡萄树平均年龄:10-50年,视葡萄园情况而定。
  • 葡萄收获期:每年10月下旬,手工采摘
  • 首个生产年份:1911年
  • 酿酒 和发酵:传统的巴洛洛酿造法,需要在31-33°C气温条件下发酵和浸软大约15天;放于栎木桶里陈酿大约30个月,然后放于阴凉黑暗的地窖里精酿一年。
